Predicting delays in highly detailed complicated software is the easiest possible prediction. Everyone understands that, but hoped the development would have gone better, but if you want to take credit for the obvious be my guest.

Chivas, Tree(and one or two others) was predicting that the development was in serious trouble a long time before release and he was 100% correct.
He was attacked and called a fool(and worse) because of it.

Nobody had a problem with Tree predicting that the sim was in serious trouble. It was the manor of his posts and insults towards the developer.

Well I posting about SLI, and faked video's and that Oleg was no longer working on the project etc etc... I could go on but I really dont like to brag, most of the rational people here know that i was well ahead of the game. Some like yourself just have trouble in admitting that I was right, but I agree calling the delays was easy.
