This simfilm project was not easy. I mean mainly this short film ”world of sound”, when the video editing is used in more than one audio track (this video, I used five different audio tracks). The hardest part was these synchronization, because the various sound effects are significant qualitative differences and what the more a other audio tracks, so the harder it is make to good-sounding package.

Now is Vimeo Plus, so i get to the best possible HD features. I also did a few corrections to the original video, because I was not very happy my first BoB - The Kanalkampf version upload (headaches).

Anyway here is new version (first crap version will be removed).

Great work!

The movie Battle of Britain-The Kanalkampf produced by “Barfly/Jokerxx” has been selected for showcasing at the Flight Sim Movies website where the Best of the Best FlightSim movies are presented and celebrated.

Additionally, the Golden OLEG has been awarded to Barfly for achievement in flightsim movie realism and technical mastery in the use of animated human characters.

This is the first award of a Golden OLEG to Barfly.
Congratulations again Barfly!!!

Barfly's “Battle of Britain-The Day Before Adlertag” movie was recognized and placed at FSM just last month, and his "Battle of Britain V2.0" was also recognized and placed at FSM in November 2009, for which Barfly was awarded a Silver OLEG as a newcomer to FlightSim movie-making. He's come a Long way, baby!!!

JokerFX, do you know how I can get this video onto my IPad. I would like to share this great demonstration with friends. I only have WIFI and the locations were Id like to show don't have WIFI so I can't stream from Vimeo. In any case would I need Flash, since IPad's don't play Flash video? Thanks-- really great video.

ktodack: This is kind of simple if you have the right tools. This is the type of tool to use: http://applian.com/download-videos/ Basically you need to find a vimeo streaming capture program. Then convert it to a format the iPad will play like mp4 video.

If you need further help, PM me. I don't want to hijack this thread.

Vimeo allows you to download video's directly off their site. If you go to the page the video is on - http://vimeo.com/27753987 and look to the lower right, just above the statistics, there's a blue 'Download this video' link.
