I had to switch my keyboard's 'F Lock' button 'off' in order to be able to use the 'Pause' button to switch the FXAA off and on. That might be tripping some others up too.
Noticed a 2fps difference between no AA and the FXAA. Took some screenshots to show the difference. They're a bit big, but they have to be in order to show the effect. Last edited by Les; 08-10-2011 at 12:10 AM. |

It works in ATI cards without problems at all
They fined the algorithm to do more specific work instead blurring everything like MLAA does now, FXAA is less aggressive with numbers and texts and result in better performance due to better tasking. You can obtain a close result setting MLAA to x2 and Narrow-tent, but FXAA is still doing more clean work. Recommended without doubt for single players (aka happy campers) sessions |
