Yup, exactly what Bobby said. Multi-player is very much alive and well on xbox. You will need to add players to your friends list as trying to find one under 'quick match' will be pretty futile. The way the servers (or lack thereof) are setup, its better to see if you have friends that are playing and then joining them that way.
I have a couple of slots open in my friends list, if you send me a request, i'll add you and then invite you to games if I see you on.
Mostly play realistic, but will do an occasional sim game.
