Depends: Some have it and have no problems with it and love it, some others have it, have lots of problems with it and love/hate it.

Use the forum search on "G940" and visit the Forum of Logitech. Expert Posters on that subject are MikkOwl, MasterTec, .... That should give you a good impression.

I got mine recently and have no problems. Works like a charm, I have no profile as of yet, I just set my keys in game atm because I am extremely lazy and wanted to use it right away without 2 hours of setting it up .
