Solve the ESC Bug!!!

I can't exit mission with esc key. I have to use ctl+alt+del to exit game every time. Any suggestions?

I have the same Problem after long periods of play.
Solution: If asked, instead of using the mouse to click on yes, use the y key.

ALT + TAB (I think that's what I was hitting) sometimes gets me back into the game.
