We'll be already lucky if oleg manages to incorporate english subtitles in homeplanet gold (although like I said, this will take quite some time), Yet I think you can already forget about english voice overs. But come on: that's not so bad: When I tried incoming forces for PC, the characters were speaking alien (no kidding), yet I found it to be quite good as long as the game was subtitled.

True, English subtitles will do fine already, gives it a special flavour hearing voices in another language
