Congratulations.... The online play of this Sim is trashed. I helped... I'm sorry  SERVER ANNOUNCEMENT: Guts and Glory server is going to reset back to checkruntime=2 Map/plane sets will be from WWI -late war rotating 24/7 We As mod supporters in the community have ruined this Sim. I call for a boycott of any server that allows mods. Any server admins that are, please.... Don't bother responding to this post here. As If your still allowing mods its clear you have not tested thoroughly. Therefore I wont respond. If any want a quality Honest/clean server: Guts and Glory server is going to reset back to checkruntime=2 with a rotating map/plane set from WWI to late war. No mods allowed. Get the WWI /WW2 skins here www.ravenskins.com I have been throughly testing the mod's since they came out. I recorded track after track flew on server after server.. saw no problems at all... till now... At first I was totally against the mod's concept . Then after allot of testing and flying on servers I found it a great improvement to the sim.. I was mad at Olag for not making these, what I thought were simple changes. I promoted the use of the mods as I saw absolutely no FM changes to the Sim . Yes.. I helped too, I'm sorry :-[ I stated I would support and use the mod until the point of seeing anomolies.. As may of you know I have been with this Sim since day one. I fly 3-4 hrs a day 7 days a week.. I may stink.. but I know what the normal feel of the Sim is, and what is out of the ordinary... I know the deference between a lag warp a, speed cheat,a print screen, ect.. Point is, I am seeing all kinds of really odd things happening on line now. My moves that would normally defeat an enemy aircrafts energy state. Now do nothing to change it. They just climb out of a stalled turn like they were going 500kl very odd pulsating warps (not print screening) No sound of engine or gun fire. It goes on and on just To much to list here. some could be deliberate some of the reason could just be small conflict issues. between guys ruining no mods as well as guys running different kinds of mods. there are just so many versions out there now. BTW.. its not lag or my PC. I run a quad core super hot box with lodes of high end ram and a huge power supply, vidocard etc. I also pay for business class Internet speed with a crazy gaming router. I can understand wanting to use these in bombers, making them really cool to fly in the cock pit etc. I my self added a u2V mod to my silly WWI server so guys could fly it.... But its a really bad idea! Ive tested and now I know better. I have seen the error of my ways. Those that don't see the changes occurring ,are either in denial or blind... Sad part is Its to late to stop it now. The Sim has gone down the road of so many other Sims like CFS Rainbow six etc . Sad, as the best thing about this Sim was the quality of the File security... it was an honest sim.. Again I recommend boycotting any server thats allows the Mods. I will be turning the Guts and Glory server to a rotating map set of WWI to late war plane Set with check time 2 It will be a pure honest clean server for any that wish a clean arena to fly in This mod Is bad.. it has destroyed the on line experience in many servers Its time for 4.09 to kill it. yes it was the start but.. my rant about free speech was the clincher that got my head cut off.. They were just doing what they view as best for their forum. Fortunately they were fine gentlemen about things and let me back in. i should have stuck to the server promo and keep the mod thing on the QT .. Thanks about the Skins... JTFM and AAA did most of the work . I'm running the server it with plane sets from WWI---> late war . The WWI thing wasn't getting the traffic..
