Perhaps a list of the most important options and how to set them, ordered from makes most difference to least difference.

I guess I have a medium spec PC. Will it run OK?

i7-860 2.8 Ghz
4 GB RAM
ATI 4870 1 GB
W7 64-bit

Any specific tips for me, I'll probably get the game tomorrow.
