So those that have paid money for this and aren't happy shouldn't visit the forums and complain, just take it .Sounds wrong to me.

Common guys you must admit this is a strange way to release a game.
They release a game knowing it is not even remotely near completion without telling their customers anything about that.
It is like buying a new car that does not have a enigine yet and the seats and steering wheel will be delivered after a year or so.

Now they promise thankfully that they will try and fix the game , it will only take one or maybe even two years ---hurray----

If they told me beforehand the realeased game would be unfinished I would be a lot more forgiving, now I am feeling cheated.

So yeah communication is lacking.
So from now on no more lies, no more secrets, keep us the customers updated.
And please someday tell us the whole story, what went wrong, why was the game released and what really happend to Oleg.
Oh and please stop attacking the people who are complaining about the game, there is nothing wrong with feeling angry at the moment.

The "usual game industry approach" isn't putting out a bug fest piece of software... So since they took the route of selling a 20% finished product, I think it would be in their best interest to keep their PAYING/PAID customers in the loop.

Whatever. Maybe they thought it over and decided to do what the biggest do in this industry - IGNORE you until you shut up.

The only thing that keeps you posting is knowing that 1C frequents this forum.
