I have it too sometimes but usually not as bad. 2 patches ago it looked worse. There is some improvement from patch to patch.
Please report in appropriate bug-reporting threads. You may try playing with different Aniso, AA, texture and mipmap settings in ATI Tray Tools (replacement for Control Center). but it was somehow different to me as it was 2 grey thin lines |

I've occasionally seen those lines outlining a box, but not quite as distinct as in your screenshot. Same graphics card. I'll try that change, thanks.

The map on this game is made out by many squares and what you experience is the boder of one of this squares visible because a glitch in the video renderinng.
