Do you still have stutters with the Lost planet profile and reduced texture quality (to high or medium)?
I had stutters till I excluded
both Steam and Documents/1C-Softclub folders from antivirus
real time shields (not scheduled or on demand scanning) and defragged game files after each patch. Also have a look at link #5 in my sig for more things to try.
