Since in eBay find CH Throttle Quadrant under 100 U$ and Saitek T.Quadrant for ~50 u$, get CH.
More axis (6 x 3), buttons, and more reliable and durable than Saitek.

This use cheap potentiometers - similar to these find in entry level joystick and cheap gamepads = spikes in short time:
