Yes I do like this sim and want to have it's babies like a true 'fanboi' whatever the f**k that means, I just have faith it will get fixed.......so long as the negativity doesn't kill it, if that happens I will be pissed I payed money for a sim that some other whiney motherf**kers killed.
Ok, Im a whiney mother xxxxxx (your words), but you got to be kidding me right, you really think that Luthier may walk away from this because of people moaning about how bad the release is/was? The one thing that has come out of all of this is that Luthier doesn't give a rats ass about any of our feelings, If he did the game would not of been released in this state in the first place, and one more thing, the majority of the mother xxxxxx here (your words) are whining about the complete lack of communication and lack of honesty, this is something that could be remedied immediately if Luthier really gave a xxxxxx. As for newcomers, well call me 'Mr Picky' but wouldn't they be reading the reviews in magazines first rather than try and seek info out on a forum, well let's just hope they don't eh, not one good review, at least on a forum they got people like you!!

The only way Luthier will walk away from this is if the game is unfixable, for every problem solved there's another one cropping up down the line, which seems to be where they are at this present time, they are running around putting out fires that they started. If they release this sim in its current state in the USA then that will be suicide for them and perhaps an indication that they are trousering the last bit of cash before they lock the office door. The only thing i do agree with you on Bongo is that hopefully this won't be the case, Luthier is very 'hard faced' us moaning about his poor product is not going to make him stop wanting to fill his pockets up.

For me is a shame, and strange, that Luthier doesn't take more time to talk to the community, but even more strange that when he decides to answer someone, it's you. Maybe because he didn't read all your posts, and you never dared to say things like this directly to him.

As far as I've read you, you have some good points, even in the post above (except for the ending); you've always requested to be told the truth, and you made a good question o Luthier in the last patch thread, when you asked for the multiplayer sound bug; and when he answered you the truth, you paid back increasing even more your criticism.

So, as a matter of fact, if Luthier is being silent for a reason, you are confirming he's choosing the right option.

Obviously, is not the truth what you want. What else, then? You'd like to see the team disbanding and the sim abandoned? Is that?

Filling his pockets... you must be joking!

It is simple. Some people just take pride in bringing other people down. Everyone meets at least one such person in life.

You are almost correct; many of us just have pride and expect others to be the same. If you are going to do a mediocore or just passable job-don't bother. The expectations of CoD and the build up by 1C, Oleg and Luthier have left much to be desired. The way they would talk about this game you would expect it to be perfect and accurate to a fault. This isn't rocket science here, only programming and artistic ability. You cannot build a game with no time schedule and expect anything but the way things have turned out. If the game fails it has nothing to do with the sim community or Ubisoft...Oleg and Luthier will have to look in the mirror and blame themselves and get a real project manager to help them with their next projects

CoD is solid under the hood, it's just the panels that need work. The DMs are just astounding and the CEM blows 1946 away, no-one can argue with that, surely. Just engage the community and give them something constructive to work towards - there are lots of clever people here who have a lot to offer (not me, obviously ) and I think this would neutralise many forum problems.

Some people take pride in their work too, I build computers for a living, if you were to buy one from me it would work straight out of the box, that's what you would expect. however if I sold you a PC and it didn't work and I offered you little to no explanation, other than to send you an email saying that hopefully it should be working within a few months and I then mostly ignored your calls and pleas, well you would be one upset bunny. The cost is irrelevant, it's the service and the honesty of the supplier /manufacturer that's important.

I don`t buy full PCs, I build them myself.
A PC is not a video game.
Before I buy anything I check as much info on it as I can and THEN I make my decision.
Sorry bud, the cost is relevant here. You must be quite a liar to dismiss a little factor of a difference - a good PC costs as much as 1000$, an AAA video game costs 60$. It is simple that I would get much more upset if I got a disfunctional pc for which I saved during 6 months instead of a game that I buy twice every months and dump it after 8-10 hours of gameplay.
I can see that you have a serious problem putting things into perspective.

That's the most lucid statement I've seen on this forum in months.

I think you have missed my point by a considerable margin, that takes some serious skill. You should be a politician.
