Confirmed! Cleared my cache, verified file integrity in Steam, and fired 'er up. No blue lines.
 Thank you, Luthier and team. Maybe it's my imagination or placebo effect or something, but I think the shadows are better now too. They still shimmer a little bit, but not as badly as before, and not as bad a framerate hit.
