But I have been experiencing a huge drop in fps when i fire my weapons online, has this problem being here a while?

I only started flying online again today, apart from that it was awesome...

I have also noticed they don't explode the way they used to. Now when planes crash into the ground it's more like a flash than a huge fireball. The fireball kind of explosion was more realistic for planes crashing with a lot of fuel. I hope the fireball will return some day.

This is probably a bug or mistake made. I hope they do an effect similar to the one when you crash in the ocean. (The direction and speed of plane is taken into consideration, splashing the water in the travel direction of the aircraft). That would make the crashes look even more spectacular and realistic. Fireball and flame won't exactly travel towards the sky initially if there's a shallow impact angle :p

Sorry for posting the following:

It's a spectacular display and not hollywood at all. I'm genuinely sorry for the pilots of those accidents.

But it would look awesome in the following scenario...

Imagine you overtaking an enemy down low over the treetops, firing that final, decisive burst into his engine cowl, causing it to catch fire. You continue to overtake him and peer out your side window as his plane leans into the ground causing this huge fireball through the woods/terrain..

Everything else was addons - like new map with new features, new ship, new dust debris when bombs hit ground, new MP layout, etc.
Pitchmovement is fixed.

I just did an experiment with turning intel hyperthreading off in bios and noticed a lot smoother game play. The black-death track also had less skips in it and a higher avg FPS by about 4FPS.

I also noticed that COD uses mostly CPU core 0 and 2 regularly going to 95%+ on core 0 and 80% core 2. CPU Core 1 and 3 were normally around 30% each.

This is with 4 GPU crossfire setup which runs at 50-60% utilisation each GPU in blackdeath but 90% plus in normal gaming.
Looks like we are CPU restricted for ultimate FPS and smoothness not GPU.

I just tried playing the game while standing upside down inside of an airplane at the bottom of the sea on a far away planet while singing "Only you" in hebrew and I noticed a slight increase in FPS....also I enjoy sugarpills.

P.S Also seems as if the anti-aliasing is working better since I bought a new pair of summer shorts.

... or better still, take your medication. Anyway, there's nothing special about singing "Only you" in Hebrew. It can only be sung in Hebrew. You need 'that' operation to reach the high notes.

And why does everyone post their errors in here when Luthier asked in his OP to post them elsewhere?

Looking at shadow outside cockpit, on moving tall grass, it looks software rendered, or cpu rendered?
