Your english seems pretty decent actually, but I don't speak a single word of Norwegian so I can't help you at all there. As for your Q's
1. If by "turn on the propeller" you mean "start the engine" then you must make sure your fuel cock is open first, then press I.
2. Depends on the plane, but usually pressing G will work.
3. Not sure, sorry
To bail out, first jettison the canopy by pressing CTRL+J and then eject by pressing CTRL+E
The console is opened and closed by hitting shift+tab, but I suspect you mean the chat window. To do this, ALT+Click on the window to activate it, then right click on the window to bring up the menu and choose "close" from the menu.
To get an exterior (outside) view, press F2. But you can only do this on servers where external views are enabled (just like il2)
