steam cloud?

I believe it backs up certain config files remotely so (in theory) if you log in from a different computer it can sync the config files so you have the same settings. In my experience it screws up your config files from time to time so I leave it off on all steam games.

this did the trick.i was really frustrated cause nothing i tried seemed to work.the only downside was, after i changed both programs to admin, that i had to create a new trackir profile, but that was a work of five minutes.thx again!
