You have to remember Oleg and Luthier built a game for 2013. However i think on this occasion its not something that has been removed by a patch, probably a mod your using.

Dust is present in the game, so the sound mod must have altered something.

Remember,this is a Beta version,I'm sure if there are problems dear old Jafa will sort them out and polish up his mod.

In the mean time,guys,if you are not using this mod,you are loosing out big time,the sounds are truly terrific.

It is waaaayyy too early for mods!!!
First ther must be a basic running game without major flaws!
And as shown here, what did the modder change that he didn't tell???
This brings a insecurity to the online gaming that is inacceptable.
Further one has to deal with the steam - vac later on, to risk a ban for eye-, or better, ear-candy???
It is more important to get the sdk with the necessary informations what is allowed and what not before invest any time in mods!
