with the beta patch i could fly over london almost smooth and only minor stutters.now the screen freezes for 5-10seconds(and not only once).its unplayable again.luthiers suggestion,to set buildings detail to high or lower doesnt help either.
i have squares of green and brown all over the map.fps dropped from average 50 to 40 over land.if i want to quit a mission and hit escape,i will see windows desktop(i have to push it about 30times until i see the clod interface again).and all that after a fresh install of the game and with the latest drivers and steam cloud on as suggested by luthier.im pissed
What Do you expect? You have a very low end video card.

Similar performance to previous beta patch probably instead of being told he has a low end video card, I have the same issues, significant performance hit and far more stutters in comparison to earlier beta patches, I suppose that's to be expected on a mid range system too right?

Yes- i've noticed this as well. When viewing them from long range the dot is clearly visible through the clouds. As you get nearer and the dot changes to the model of the ship it almost disappears. It's very distracting.

The same here. More stutters, lowering Land shading, had to disable clouds and shadows.

With beta patch it was playable with shadows and clouds. Landshading was high, now medium.
