I know this has been posted many times by others but
+1000 PLEASE fix the disappearing sound problem! For me and the guys I fly with its the biggest issue as we have to keep re-starting the game. The various get-arounds suggested by others haven't fixed the problem. I've got the latest Nvidia drivers.
