Yeah, all who have bad stutter over London, try lower your texture quality by one notch, made my game smooth over London. When i lowered it i can raise other things without performance loss.

But what is weird, i have it orginal setting with beta patch but after latest official patch my london stutters like hell, but now i lowered it high and it's smooth again.
