Basicly you title it, invaid key or reset to. You need to type in what the problem is. You will have to send them a photo copy of your reciept and Key. I could not attatch mine right off the bat. After I did the work order and I got the email replay, I went back in and attached it. I then got another email asking me to write in ink on the paper with the key the work order number and make another copy and attach it to the work order and I did. Then I got an email saying they have added the game to my folder and gave instructions on how to install it from the cd instead of downloading it. Worked like a charm. Still waiting on the updates to finish.

I heard from Steam today as well. Just finished the download. I expect that anyone who submits the required items will be running shortly. Two days for the first reply and then one day later I was notified that the game could be downloaded or installed from the disc. Now to notify GoGamer that all is well.
