Fair enough, I stand corrected on those two issues.

I think my expectations based on my cpu have been realistic so far...I have been one of very few people not to ever complain about the performance of this sim as I know the limitations of my cpu.
I was merely pointing out that over industrial areas, I experience an alarming drop in framerate...usually single digits, whereas over even London things are looking pretty decent with this patch, considering my old cpu.

If it's because of my system then that's fine, but surely I must still report what I feel may be an anomaly regarding the performance over industrial areas?

That could be different.. They did a lot of work in the first couple of weeks optimizing the city buildings they had and it made a HUGE difference in performance over London as you can see for your self.. maybe they did not work on the industrial structures to that same level or there is a particular set of features that are causing it.. If that is the case its a matter of re optimizing the industrial 3D models.. I thought your issue was over built up areas in general
