I'll roll back if bad weather occur before good patch.
Just didn't expect to see the stutters again... They'll fix it hopefully next official.

the patch is installed the beta I played a couple of days. Yesterday fires and nothing!. at the very beginning when you try to load a program (where the viewfinder) and the screen fades sharply lower on your task bar dims like it sucked all the electricity haha. Of course, error message pops up and end. it looks as if the night off from one another pc the same thing went wrong

Not working for me. Using Latest video drivers. At medium graphic levels I’m getting 60 FPS over water sightseeing. As soon as more panes are added FPS oscillates 20 – 60 FPS with bad stuttering. Sightseeing over London FPS oscillates 5 – 50 FPS with unplayable stuttering and flickering.

To summarize: with this patch it is unplayable.

1C/luthier: I have a unique high-end hardware and over 20 years of IT development and management experience; let me know if you need me to test something.

I have only one major complaint, this patch has improved things for me to no end and I now for the first time can play in my native resolution with my gaming laptop.

However since the introduction of FFB and as there is no external support for my old MS FFB2 I cannot switch off FFB. The best I can do it remove all the files apart from SPRING from the Core/FF file.

Maybe I am one of the few that dislike FFB but the game has become much less enjoyable now. Before I just had the centring force without the juddering and shaking and I would dearly love to be able to have that back otherwise I'm going to have to buy a new stick.

Asus G73S
Intel Core i7 2630QM 2 GHz (turbo to 2.8 GHz)
Geforce GTX 460M (1.5 GB VRAM)
8 Gig RAM
Win 7 Ultimate

If your MS FFB2 is in good condition I'd happily buy it off you because I desire FFB so much. I'll bet that applies to many people here (I already own 2 of them by the way but as they're no longer manufactured I need backups).

No problems whatsoever.
Game runs smooth albeit slow but that's because I like my eyecandy and probably need an upgrade GPU wise.

Win 7 64.
Intel i7-860
Avast anti virus.

Hardly ever have problems software wise , unless it's my own stupid fault.
But I'm usually aware of that.

The lowest setting and the sim is still unplayable with this patch and my hardware.

I did not see performance differences between the highest and the lowest settings.
Going back to the Steam release. This beta is not ready for prime time.

Did a quick test and went back to the Steam release, not a huge FPS success story, but at least the frame rates are not bouncing and the crazy texture flickering is gone.

I get bouncing frame rates with the second of the two recent beta patches. The first doesn't do that. I also get jitters but not as bad as yours (but then I'm only running one screen on 1680x1050).
