Well. The last beta patch had fixed the GPU speed issue for me (6950) but this one breaks it again, even without the Ubi video.
The weird thing is that in Crossfire, my second card powers up, but not the primary. And if I switch to pseudo fullscreen mode, Crossfire doesn't work. A comedy of errors indeed...

Still have not updated to latest beta patch- I'm running really smooth now with all settings maxed except Grass off. Scared to install new patch. My specs are: ASUS P6X58d Premium, ATI 5870 2g Card, 12 Ram, Pentium i7930 OC to 4.0. Very slight stuttering on some areas but nothing really bad. One thing that I did over the weekend was to Flash my Bios which has really helped- *** Caution to anybody that does this - make sure you follow the directions for your motherboard. AA set to 8x. Will keep monitoring/ posting if I can be of help, etc.
