Such a poor argument, the old if you think you can do better then go ahead retort. Have you ever been to the cinema to watch a movie and thought that sucked? Surely by your logic then you could go and make a better movie. Have you ever been to a restaurant for an expensive meal and thought that was awful? The game was published too early, but the alternative was it will never be published, i think. So we have a game with the potential to become the greatest flightsim in history.
