Sorry mate, I do not agree with you on this, the propeller is basically invisible from the cockpit, at least on the planes I've flown, the "solid" effect you want is probably from when the camera's fps is synced with the rpm of the propeller, making it slightly more visible in a "movie". Remember this game is a simulator, and simulates what we see in REAL LIFE, not from a movie.
For example, people were complaining about the tracers, when it actually was the old WWII cameras that generated the blur, making the tracers vibrate/look shaky etc... So I do not think the propeller should be solid, correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm just speaking from my own experience being a pilot, i rarelly see the propeller even at the lowest rpm, maybe if the sun is bouncing off the blades but other than that, almost nothing! I think the current prop effect is perfect. Please don't change it.

yes it is
besides which, there are more important items to look at... items such as Launcher crashes/ residual stutter and shudder/ getting some sort of vga setting control/ etc - you get the picture

The propellors are fine leave them, when you fly a real aircraft you hardly notice it.

Props need to spin-down to a stop realistically, instead of going from full spin to stationary in the blink of an eye as they do currently.

the current is ok but it really needs a start up sequence desperately!
