nVidia Inspector don't work either

maybe a false positive, but there was a notice at the bottom of the nVI opening page for an updated version... I ran this and my AV stomped on it bigtime.

nVI was run from my download folder (and scanned before running), yet the file which was stomped on was in my App Data/ Local folder

what? we dont even have real full screen??
Is that part of the reason why the FPS has been so screwy in this game?
Why the heck wasnt proper full screen implemented already seems, obvious that it needs fixing now rather than later.
