Campaign: miss debriefing, logbook, pilots list, ranks and medals

I agree: we need a map screen with flight routes and meeting points and mission target, a briefing and a plane load out section.

A lil bit of immersivity would be nice also. Like the nicely done Seafire campaign on old IL2 where there had been a list of each pilots in the squadron with individual logs and a debriefing section.
