Here some tweaks to improve framerate.

Ok, everything runs well apart from the mipmap mod. I can start over water, but when the game tries to load a land mipmap it crashes the launcher.exe. I noticed a preivois poster had the same problem. Is there something I've got to set up in my GPU settings to use this mod?
