I can only get TrakIr to work if its started up BEFORE entering the game.

Trackir wont recognise the game unless its started before IIRC, you should get a blue light on the TIR when you start the game letting you know that it has recognised it. Also make sure you have the correct tracking device highlighted, ie proclip or vector clip.

No problems with TrackIR here, using the following method:

- Always start TrackIR before the game
- Ignore the in-game 'enable/disable TrackIR' setting
- Use TrackIR's own hotkey for 'pause', instead.
