This will be little help, but there was a thread (maybe SimHQ) that listed which to use for how many cores. 63 is used for 6 core.

I didn't spend too much time seeing whether it increased performance but there certainly is activity on multiple cores with CoD running. Take from that as you will.

In the hopes that the dev team read this, a repost from the patch announce thread:

Game refuses to run post patch, launcher starts up and crashes, have tried deleting config files, but still no joy.

Intel i7 990X six core @ 3.46GHz, 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz DDR3, ATI Radeon HD 6990 4096MB, Intel X25-M Mainstream SSD, and Asus X58 Sabertooth TUF motherboard, all stock speeds running under Win7 64.
