I got some tracks other people recorded and put them in the records directory. Still don't get any option to browse after clicking select. Somethings not right.

Go to Launcher.exe properties, compatibility tab, uncheck Disable Visual Decoration.

This worked for me, except the setting was called "Disable Visual Themes".
