Localization issue With MOW+MOW:AS

Well. your patch solved the problem but created one eaqualy large instead. now cyrlic lettering displays correctly in mow AS but as i copy paste them into the translator i get the same lettering that i already removed from mow with the forsayed patch. i have never in my life had anything remotely as strange as this happen to me in computer programming whatsoever. but still i am able to type the crylic alphabet with the keyboard using language settings at the same time the copy pasted material turns into these rows of jibberish.

is it possible the ongly way i am going to get this to work is to install a russian version of windows ? does the general public in russia use a english version or is it localized for you with everything translated?. is this a communication problem between the russian version of the game and then the english localisation ?. eather way this problem is something everyone is having and i dont understand why it presists for 4 years of development. but this game is still the best rts out there.
