AI difficaulty?

On the flip-side of the coin, I just got head-shotted by the first round from a bomber gunner on the Islands of Doom dogfight mission.

How do you choose a difficulty then?

Make missions yourself in FMB I guess? It's in Extras on the main menu. You can choose the AI skill when you create the flights.
