I see nothing wrong in saying "it is already done/implemented" even if the game is not out yet. If there already is code to handle clutch - it's implemented. Period. It's like you can't say Los Angeles "is planned", because it's already modeled, so states official site and this is what we expect to see in the final product - modeled Los Angeles.
