Everything above these settings were left untouched.

Answer to ur q, u got a dual or quad core? if u got a quad, run it in its own core wont have to compete with other programs. Althought all the processes are running across all ur cores, they mainly depend on the 1st core. Also you could run il2 on the other 2 cores. If you got a Dual core, run il2 on Core 1, just uncheck Core 0 in Set Affinity of ur task manager

@z0ttel - No worries mate just something for u to try, do circles around that area, or pause the game and let it fully render watch the difference in how it runs lol.

what exactly should i set in set affinity for best performance on my quad?

You should keep the ; in front of it (do not touch anything)
Win7 64 takes care of everything perfectly.
