Try Port Forwarding in your router if you are stuck using NAT.
http://www.wikihow.com/Set-up-Port-F...ng-on-a-Router Each router is different(try googling your router + port forwarding), but you will find the basic idea above. The port you want to open for BOB CoD is: 27015. I hope that helps. There are no servers I can find...yet.
