But how can that be? Do you mean that all the people that canceled their pre orders where over reacting? As I understood it that epilepsy filter forced down the throat of MG was the ONLY reason that the game had poor performance? How can it be that it does not run with 80 fps on a mid range rig now? I feel all confused...

It definitely improves performance at least for me.

So what did it do exactly, now that you've seen it before and after?

I heard something about prop effect being gone, and some pixel stuff. but what besides that?

LoL, you've drawn some attention indeed, probably because you're super-critical to most things..

But.. perhaps.

Perhaps you're just a "Necessary evil" here at the forums! To keep things in balance? So we don't follow the herd of sheep in unknowing bliss, expecting there to be abundance of green grass to eat in maddox games' CloD world! You're the wolf chasing us out of the flock, sorta like pinching us, "c'mon wake up!".

But seriously though, I choose not to believe you, I'm a happy sheep (baah)

Oh yes, this game has flaws. Will they be fixed? Be sure! It may not take exactly two weeks....

And once again..., if you have the Russian version, maybe there isn't a filter to turn off anymore...

Salute !

The Russian version doesn't have the filter at all, the rest of the world has the filter and it's turned on by default.

I'm going to play around with it when I get home and see if there is any difference. I know Crossfire was disabled for me prior to this patch, I was getting roughly 30 to 40 FPS @ 1920x1200 in free flight over the ocean, but over a shipping port / town (don't know which one) in France I was lucky to get 3 FPS at low level.
