Unfortunatley I am running WinXP SP3 and I cant use DX10 I did try it. I spent all day, messing up my install 3 times, and nothing I changed in the INI files helped with the shimmering textures. The Cockpit Looks AMAZING even with my graphics all messed upP I even set up different configs for my Nvidia card to force COD to run and nothing changed it.

If anyone Comes up with a Solution PLEASE let me know!
