In the pic Verhängnis posted you can clearly see the draw distance of the new textures. The "patterned" landscape ends and turns to solid green. Only forests remain dark green. This is the draw area around your plane I have been talking about. Most easily seen when taking Single Player -> Quick Mission -> Free flight England. Press fly and look towards France and you see what I mean..the landscape is textured only at a small area near coast but inland it is light green/sand colored. This textured area moves along whey you fly and quite easy to spot. So I really hope Luthier & Co fix this along with the performance issues

Thanks, it shows the fine detailing in the Wing. Textures in CoD are great.

Nice shots! But even at max settings, are there no reflections in the sea from landscapes/objects on the sea?

Currently there are no reflections in the water unfortunately.
