Russian And American Version

Create a seperate account, you wont be able to have both versions on one.

Steam treats the russian version as whatever version is available in your country.

I wouldn't recommend you rush to buy the russian one, its a bit of a buggy mess it seems.

So I can just log outa steam here in Texas, and Make a new account but set its location to Russia and it should work?

I made a Different Account for steam and even changed my lang to Russian but It still knows im in the US...I dont see a option to change region.

Intalling on my new steam Acount! I have to go to WORK! I had to buy a premium yuplay account to download it Via HTTP, cause the torrent nor the yuplay downloader would work. Not sure why. It was only a few more dollars!
