Shadows were turned down.

Sometimes vulnerability was off, realistic gunnery off, etc. just to make it easier to capture the desired situation.

Slow motion was obtained by recording at very slow game speeds, much slower than IL-2 1946.

The movie was made in full HD mode at 25fps
So I hope you're saying that with realistic gunnery enabled the bombers will not be so easily flammable against 0.303s Even in the one of the last videos I remember multiple Stukas inflame with a small burst and I cried "WTF"!!

I admit I'm really scared from what I've seen in this video (in term of DM).

A whole generation of pilots learned to treasure the Spitfire for its delightful response to aerobatic manoeuvres and its handiness as a dogfighter. Iit is odd that they had continued to esteem these qualities over those of other fighters in spite of the fact that they were of only secondary importance tactically. Thus it is doubly ironic that the Spitfire’s reputation would habitually be established by reference to archaic, non-tactical criteria.
