The only differences I see between our configs are the following
TexFlags.DrawLandByTriangles=1 LandGeom=2 |

Maybe it's the extra long draw distance combining with something else? It's literally the only place where I have this problem to the best of my knowledge.
Still... I'll investigate and report back.
