It's likely a false positive, but let's check it. What is pictured on the box? Can you upload a shot of it here perhaps? There are several versions of the game being sold by different publishers. You can check the suspicious files using
www.virustotal.com or similar service if you want to be sure, some AV software may falsely report a copy protection scheme as a possible virus.
Where did you download patches, through the game autoupdater or our site or any other? Error reported by Kursk could be caused by a wrong patch (that was intended for a different version).
