I agree Hecke, I was really hoping for a video this week, since we got nothing last week. But at least they take the time to do these updates at all. I hope we will get to see some more game play before it comes out.

More of this really, we've seen very little of the effects of bombs or objects damage models. Il2 was quite good at reproducing the effects of aircraft taking damage, catching fire, exploding, but was very much less good when it came to the visuals of ordnance exploding and so on with the damage to shipping, ground objects etc., being quite rudimentary. I am hoping that this latest engine will be able to improve this aspect of the sim by several orders of magnitude.
