Final thoughts on the whole Ubisoft debacle. Walking into several bookshops in a small country town today, I noticed more books than ever on the Battle of Britain, Spitfires, Hurricanes, etc. With the 70 year anniversary last year and a large range of new books on display, how would anybody even know that this game is available. I walked past the local games shop. Nothing, of course. Unless you know about the IL 2 websites you would never find out about it! I feel that Ubisoft are doing Oleg and 1c a great disservice in the way they have handled this.
There, I feel better already. Thanks to all, cheers.
... well i contacted PC Aviator who are one of the major online aussie flight sim outlets and there response was:

"Who will be making this title?"

Good one UBI.

Pitiful. It really makes you wonder what kind of clowns are running the show.

Maddox would have been better doing online distribution themselves. At least then they would get the profits, not hand over the biggest cut to Ubi.
