What should I do if I installed the Russian version by mistake?
Can I just install the International patch over it?

4.10.1 Fix need again :

Saved Quick Mission Files from 4.09m do not work correctly anymore when they are loaded.

AND I'M DAMN SERIOUS !!!!!!!! IT DID IT AGAIN !!!!!!

I cannot confirm this. All my old missions work. Whats the problem in detail please?

whenever I go to Quick mission builder by clicking the button "Quick mission", All it shows is a blank screen of the background.

Are you saying that the Quick Mission Builder doesn't work properly at all?

I've got some quick missions saved up that come literally from the Forgotten Battles version 1.0 days. That's from several years ago and through several major expansions and updates to the game. They still work in the new format...

So the new QMB updates aren't likely the crux of the problem. My guess: Either your patch is corrupt or some files that the QMB is trying to read are corrupt.

Can you give us some more precise details?
