I got a bit "worried" when i read that the ac`s feel very sluggish and hard to line up for shots etc. In this vid i thought it looked pretty much as in IL2 (not talking about graphics).

I suspect the sluggish feeling was maby more due to the stick settings in that particular instalment of the game, maby to get a more "real" feel to it for those trying it out.

Noone can really tell wich settings have been deactivated or activated in a certain video. So i for my part am eager to just try it myself and am MORE THAN CONFIDENT that this sim will rock!

PS: Ill set everything to full real and wont every fly it with any helps activated.

The sound is very dissappointing, to me anyway, graphics obviously very low res so hard to see much difference to IL2. Also no sound from Bombers when he flew past, thats simply wrong, you would here them.

The Merlin should sound more like this:-

Or a spitty:-

I dare to say that this video is older than the few we saw yesterday, even though it was uploaded later. As someone said there are no smoke trails, maybe they were disabled maybe not.But the fact that there was no noise on the video makes me think that it wasnt recorded on the Kiev event.

Shame on you Tree. You certainly are trying very hard to put a downer on things. Not one positive thought from that whole video? I'll be very happy if that's what we're getting in a few weeks time.

does anyone ever read what oleg says?

he said that in one of the friday updates that final sounds will not be heard until release.

so comment on the placeholders all you want.

and in any case, if someone gave treeUK a fully working real life spit MK1, he'd complain it wasn't a MkV....

Sorry, but not all tracers have smoketrails (apparently) and these tracers, which have been shown before and described before by Oleg, don't. The tracers which were shown recently, and had smoketrails, are another type of tracer (we can select loudouts like this in CoD)
